Wrong Turn

I was pleasantly suprised to read reports on FijiTimesOnline that Mahendra Chaudhry has done an uncharacteristic 180 degree turn and admitted that the GOVERNMENT HAS NO MORE MONEY. You can read the story here.

For an arrogant sonofagun like Maha Chodo to admit this means that the financial health of the illegal IG must be getting really really desperate.

We all remember how only a few months ago, Maha Chodo was publicly declaring that Fiji has recorded 10 percent economic growth since the military IG took over on 5/12, even though the Reserve Bank was saying it was actually 3 percent negative growth (ie. decline).

So now the truth comes out.

All the crap Chodo was spewing these last few months about the healthy state of the economy was nothing more than military IG propoganda.

Of course, we all knew that.

Chodo knew that we all knew that.

And we all knew that Chodo knew that we knew that.

But to have Chodo publicly admit he was wrong and declare that the IG is in real trouble, financially, is…. PRICELESS.

It seems Baini Marama is now being given a crash course on the importance of maintaining international relations.

Many people have tried to tell this idiot dictator that we need our international friends to survivie - that no man is an island.

But he just refused to listen.

In his desperation to prove to the world and to himself that he is not a COWARD (recall the 2/11 mutiny when he abandoned his soldiers at QEB and made like Carl Lewis breaking all kinds of cross country records down the down Nabua Gully), Baini has directed that military break the legs of anyone who tries to oppose him (and that the Fiji Government break ties with any country that disagreed with him and his policies).

Now, our Government’s coffers are almost dry.

The writing has been on the wall for a few months now.

The Hospitals have run out of medicine… and now oxygen.

Government LPO’s are being rejected by major supermarkets and suppliers.

Government Departments which have nothing to do with each other like Environment and Tourism are being merged.

Government bodies like CMDA are on the verge of closing down.

Tourism Ministry has been told to look for its own money in which to market Fiji overseas.

The military have sent home some of their TF personnel.

And now Government is considering borrowing money from FNPF. Money which the Government, well at least this IG, cannot possibly hope to pay back.

Without the goodwill of our neighbours and the wider international community, the once proud Maha Chodo’s will have to beg for financial assistance.

I am sure Baini and Chodo are now wondering to themselves if they might have taken a wrong turn a while back… because they are definitely headed 100 miles in the WRONG direction.

To them HnC says this…

Baini Marama you took a wrong turn when you chose to run down that gully instead of standing by your men at QEB on 2/11.

Chodo, you’ve been taking wrong turns from the day you were born. You’re just one big Wrong Turn!!!

As someone once said - IF YOU DON’T WANT THE WI, DON’T SHAKE THE TREE!!!
