MILITARIZED POLICE SELECTIVE ON CASES

Impressive how Fiji’s militarized Police Force quickly nabbed a suspect related to the break-in at Frankenstein’s office a few days ago. If they can establish suspects with such speed, it means that our “real” criminal investigators in the “real” Fiji Police Force know their job.

But our Police men and women are suffocating from the stronghold of the military who have literally couped the Police institution. They know their new military bosses is breaking the rules by its discriminating and selective choices on which cases should be treated with urgency and which ones should be swept under the carpet allowing it to rot to dust.

WFC challenge full-chow Teleni to tell the public why such urgency was not accorded to the murder cases of Verebasaga, Rabaka, Tevita and Whippy. Is Frank’s missing laptop and mobile phone viewed by Teleni and the military regime as more important than the lives of these murdered innocent citizens?
