The “straight-like-a-ruler” Immigration Director is unfortunately not straight anymore.

His latest cover-up attempt to defend John Cameron’s over-night detention and deportation back to Aussie is full of flaws and inconsistencies. And that’s the problem when you decide to serve a master whose second name is coup-maker. Everything Naupoto will do now, even if he means well, will be clouded with suspicion, corruption and dictatorship.

For a guy whom many refer to as a “very nice and honest person”, Naupoto’s name and reputation is, but going down the cleaners like this junta and Fiji’s state of the nation.
