Shyster Shamimi Pote Again

FijiTimesOnline has reported that Shyster Shameless tried to argue in the High Court yesterday that Munro Leys could not act for the Suva City Council because of the Directive issued by Secretrary of the Baini Marama fanclub Taina Tagicakibau. You can read the sotry here.

It seems Shyster had no legal arguments left to put forward and so decided to try and take out her opponent.

Needless to say, Judge Roger Coventry prompty told Shyster where to shove her stupid arguments.

FHRC Director Dr Shaista Shameem told the Court a directive from the Public Service Commission (PSC) in May stated that government departments and public bodies were not to use the services of Munro Leys.

Justice Roger Coventry ruled, the question of whether or not the SCC can instruct Munro Leys is a matter between the Council and other bodies and persons.

HnC says thats one big POTE for you Shyster Shamimi to have your ass handed to you on a platter.

Also one big POTE too for you Taina Tagicakibau to have the court disregard your Directive.

And the biggest POTE goes jointly to Baini Marama who authorised the Directive and to I-Arse Khaiyum who said it was legal.

Goes to show just how little you fools know about running a country.
