TOURISTS WILL AVOID FIJI FOR VANUATU & OTHERS

Tell me this why do you have such a large army ?

Surely Fiji doesn’t need 5,00 people to protect it??? Who from in any case ? I haven’t heard of anyone wanting to invade you lot since WW2.

The comment from Ratu Rex seems to be right on the mark. Idle armies have nothing else to do but stage coups and wave rifles around. Time the gunslingers got real jobs.

Expelling diplomats from fellow commonwealth countries is no real help either. If you can’t take criticism from your friends then you have a problem

Don’t worry though as I m sure some sympathetic communist country will try to buy influence. If you alienate your Commonwealth friends I shudder to think who might want to ” help ” you. The Army perhaps wont mind changing over to AK 47s provided someone pays their wages. Plenty of them for sale in failed states previously run by military types.

Tourists will keep avoiding you in favour of Vanuatu as at least your odds of getting caught in a coup are much much less. Yep its going to be an economic disaster zone self created. Incidently if anyone is stupid enough to actualy attack any incoming tourists your tourist industry will look like that in downtown Baghdad.
